At the Kaufherr Resource Center, our mission is simple yet powerful: to advance the careers of performers and media professionals by fostering community, providing resources, and offering opportunities for growth. Thanks to your generous support, we’ve been able to provide vital audition resources, one-on-one career help, and workshops that help artists thrive. However, there is still much more to be done—and we need your help to continue this important work.

The KRC has become a hub for performers and creatives, offering a wide range of services that help individuals hone their craft, build their resumes, and connect with industry leaders. From our state-of-the-art Audio Suite to our versatile Video Suite, we’ve equipped our members with the best technology available to prepare for auditions, build demos, and even produce content. But we are more than just a resource center—we are a community.

In addition to our world-class facilities, we offer programming that connects our members in meaningful ways from casual coffee talks to rigorous acting workshops. 

We continue to offer a range of services that help our community grow, including:

• Audition Assistance, which includes coaching, taping, editing and reader services — available in-person or virtually — to help artists put their best foot forward in auditions.
• The Tech Help Desk, where members can receive support on recording, editing and other technical challenges, ensuring that nothing stands in the way of their success.
• The Business Suite, which provides a state-of-the-art computer lab and a private meeting space to help members stay organized and connected between auditions.
• The Event Space, a flexible venue for workshops, panels, casting sessions, rehearsals, table reads, creative collaborations and co-working.

This year, your support has already helped us achieve so much, but there is still so much more we can do. We need your help to expand our resources, enhance our services and ensure that more union artists have access to the FREE tools they need to succeed.

• Expand and maintain our Audio and Video Suites, ensuring they are equipped with the latest technology to support our members' needs.
• Provide continued programming like Wake-Up Wednesday and Studio Jams, which offer community support and peer connection for artists.
• Offer one-on-one career consultation and audition coaching to help our members prepare for and succeed in the competitive world of performing arts and media.
