Cold-Readers on a Hot Streak

Members of the SAG-AFTRA Michigan Local gathered at the offices of Productions Plus to hone their cold-read skills on Sept. 18, 2024. This time, however, there was a curveball, as the scenes presented were a four-person ensemble. The members in attendance worked together to build the scene and often were able to participate in multiple parts and in combination with other actors. Local Conservatory workshops like this are crucial in helping Local members stay sharp in their craft and also make connections with their fellow members.
