Commercial performers gather for the first #AdsGoUnion event since the pandemic.
New York Local members who work in commercials gathered for a lively evening of conversation and solidarity on April 17 at Hurley’s Saloon in Midtown, for the first in-person #AdsGoUnion event in New York City since before the pandemic. Headed up by the SAG-AFTRA National Commercial Performers' Committee Vice Chair Erin Fritch, the group was joined by SAG-AFTRA Executive Vice President and New York Local Vice President Linda Powell and Vice President, New York and New York Local President Ezra Knight. Members got to meet with leadership, and fellow commercial performers talked shop and were informed about the #AdsGoUnion commercial organizing initiative.
