An intimate online gathering on the evening of Tuesday, April 23, allowed Arizona-Utah Local members to connect from the comfort of their own homes in a way that you can’t in a larger environment. They got better acquainted, discussed union business and each shared info about their current work and past experiences.
“These online connections are so meaningful to me, as I’m not able to meet in person right now. I loved hearing about what was happening in our local and being able to share the good news of my recent booking,” said Linda Rae Jurgens.
More Cyber Cafe Connections are planned this year. They make it easy for members from Yuma to Utah to connect across our large geographic region. You can go to a social event without having to wear shoes! Keep your Zoom app updated, your camera dusted and your background tidy so you’re ready to join us for the next one.
