Join SAG-AFTRA’s Sexual Harassment Prevention Committees as they host an Echo Trauma and Resilience Training.
This training explains the impact of trauma on the body and brain and how to reverse these changes. It is an educational presentation/workshop with slides and videos, group activities, and breakout groups. The training helps participants understand and have compassion for themselves and others who are survivors, while celebrating the human capacity for resilience.

1 - 4 p.m. PT
Lunch will not be provided. Please note that this is 5-hour training conducted in 2 sessions. Partial attendance (one session) is not permitted.
