Film Screening

The SAG-AFTRA Twin Cities Local is proud to be making our presence known at the upcoming Catalyst Content Festival October 9th-13th in Duluth, MN.

We will have a daily presence at Catalyst in the atrium of the Zeitgeist Arts Cafe.  SAG-AFTRA member-volunteers will mix and meet with the fest's content creators and fellow performers and showcase the depth and versatility of our Local’s talented SAG-AFTRA members.

In addition to the Twin Cities Local’s involvement, SAGindie will also be a sponsor of Catalyst. Staff from SAGindie will be on hand during the festival in their mission to promote the working relationship between professional actors and passionate filmmakers and guide them through the SAG-AFTRA signatory process.

Join us for a SAG-AFTRA-sponsored screening of Lucky Grandma, a black comedy about a grandma whose gambling habits get her entangled with a gang, at this year's Asian American International Film Festival. There will be a post-screening Q&A that will feature the film’s Director, Writer, and Producer. This event is made possible through the support of SAG-AFTRA’s National APAM Committee.
