Extension of Deadline for SAG Nominating Committees

April 15, 2005 (Los Angeles) - The SAG Awards® has extended the opportunity to pay your November 2004 dues to become eligible for the nominating committee drawings. If you have not paid your November 2004 dues, and don’t know the amount you owe, you may call (323)549-6752 for your dues information. November 2004 dues payments must be received by SAG no later than April 20, 2005 at 5 p.m. PST, for members to be eligible for the nominating committee drawings.

Names for the 12th Annual SAG Awards® Theatrical Motion Picture Nominating Committee and Television Nominating Committee will be drawn on April 25, 2005. In order for SAG members to be eligible for the two Nominating Committee drawings, they must be active and have paid their November 2004 dues. (Please note: This refers to the November 2004 dues, not the May dues currently going out to membership.) Also, to be eligible for the 12th Annual SAG Nominating Committees, members may not have served on that SAG Nominating Committee in the last three years.
