Dear Member,

I want to thank you for enduring the strike, but at the end of the day, our resolve paid off with the 2023 TV/Theatrical billion-dollar deal.

Not chicken feed!

I hope you get rest, pleasure and enjoy being with loved ones over the holidays.

I know that’s what I sure need. That negotiation and strike took its toll on me, and with ratification followed a bad cold. Oy vey!!

Still, 2024 holds great promise for us all. As we begin to experience the gains from the contracts, there is much more yet to accomplish.

The more we can come together as one with empathy, the stronger our union will be.

With unity in solidarity and trust, more of us will rediscover the true meaning of union, and only together can we enter our golden age.

Each of us is on a journey of self-refinement. This thing called life is a big classroom, and everything presented to you is an opportunity to grow.

So take the journey with that in mind as we enter the new year.

Strive to deal with everything and everyone in a more evolved, emotionally mature response.

To seek the opportunity is where wisdom begins.

So, please walk into the new year with your right foot forward, and may good health and happiness abound.
