Los Angeles (May 6, 2005) -- All paid-up SAG and AFTRA members who work under the Interactive Media Agreements are urged to attend one of these important contract meetings.
SAG and AFTRA have been jointly negotiating with a group of video game publishers on Interactive Media Agreements. Representatives from the unions and management agreed to extend the current Interactive Media Agreements through May 13, 2005.
SAG and AFTRA will host three caucuses for interactive media voice actors in Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco (see times and days below). Members of the voice community will be given a full report on the progress of interactive negotiations. Please bring your membership card.

If an agreement is tentatively concluded this week, the caucuses will be asked for their recommendations at these meetings. Please inform any of your fellow union members who work under the SAG or AFTRA Interactive Media Agreements about these important meetings. Performers not located in Los Angeles, New York or San Francisco are welcome to email comments to sagcommunications@sag.org and aftracommunications@aftra.org. Please include your name and union member ID number. Responses will be given to the Negotiating Committee and negotiators.
