Gavel on scattered one hundred dollar bills

Senate Bill 362 prohibits any businesses receiving state funding from voluntarily recognizing a union, even if the union has demonstrated majority support amongst workers. It is an attack on working people and private business in Georgia.

SB362 was passed by the State Senate, moved through the State House Committee, and is awaiting a vote. NOW is the time to speak up to your Representative and tell them that as a voting constituent, you support working families and are opposed to union busting.

This legislation penalizes employers who voluntarily recognize union organizing and hinders workers in collective bargaining efforts.

We are encouraging our members as individuals to reach out to their legislators via email to let them know you support working families and that this legislation is an attack on working people and private business in Georgia: Click here

You can also join union members at the Georgia Capitol on Thursday, Feb. 22 for Labor Lobby Day. Register here.
