The SAG Awards wasn’t the only party making the big leap into the future! In honor of the annual awards ceremony, which celebrated its 29th year via livestream on Netflix’s YouTube channel on Feb. 26, the SAG-AFTRA Washington-Mid Atlantic Local held a virtual party of its own.

Members convened via Zoom in their best threads for a pre-awards mixer, hosted by Local Board Secretary Keith Flippen. Other Local leaders, including Local President Kathryn Klvana and National Board member Towanda Underdue, made appearances and helped keep the party rolling. Highlights of the night included trivia and contests, as well as the announcement of the return of the WMA Conservatory.

Check out some of our favorite moments from the night!
