The San Francisco-Northern California local hosted Everything You Wanted to Know About SAG-AFTRA, But Were Afraid to Ask on Sept. 26 at Voice One in San Francisco. The Q&A format seminar was an open discussion to answer questions about commercial and voiceover work in the local.
 
Members joined staff in leading a lively conversation of what it means to be a union member. The large, diverse group of attendees had many questions about eligibility, union work opportunities, trends and the current local commercials and voiceover landscape. Special guest Ilyssa Fradin, vice president, mid-sized locals was in attendance.
 
The informal format successfully allowed the attendees to interact directly with the panel and come away with a more complete understanding of how SAG-AFTRA works for members.
