Four women stand against a wall in front of a blue banner that reads “Women’s Institute for Leadership Development.” They each wear SAG-AFTRA Pride T-shirts.

On Saturday, June 29, the Women’s Institute for Leadership Development (WILD) held its Summer Institute at the Carpenters Training Center in Boston. SAG-AFTRA New England Local Secretary Liz Eng, member Megan Carroll, President Andrea Lyman, and Vice President, Mid-Sized Locals Michele Proude participated in interactive workshops and listened to panels under the theme Using Our Voices, Building Power. WILD is an inspirational, educational program that provides women with leadership vision, confidence and skills to become more effective leaders and organizers in Massachusetts, the labor movement and community.
