The Actors Fund Presents: Exercise and Fitness Under Quarantine

Learn from a sports medicine specialist about how to exercise under quarantine. Dr. Pesigan will discuss:

  • safe and effective exercise during isolation
  • the benefits to exercising while in isolation
  • managing expectations while in isolation

Dr. Ramon Pesigan graduated from an Internal Medicine residency at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York City. He specializes in Primary Care and non-operative care of sports injuries including preventative sports medicine, nutrition, and integrative medicine.

Dr. Samantha Stimmel completed her residency in Family and Social Medicine at Montefiore. Her interests include Reproductive Health, LGBT Health and primary care. 

Dr. Jason Kindt graduated from the Philadelphia Collage of Osteopathic Medicine. He is the Medical Director of the Friedman Health Center and is board certified in Family Medicine, with extensive experience in urgent care.
