A single-session workshop facilitated by Jaime Delgado, LCSW focused on identifying financial goals and getting specific about the flow of money in our lives. Participants will learn simple strategies for tracking income and expenses in a way that makes sense for performing arts and entertainment industry professionals who don’t always earn and spend the same way each month, and be connected with resources and an action plan to take the next step. 

Note: This event is open only to professionals in the performing arts and entertainment industry. Registrants will receive instructions for joining the webinar approximately one (1) hour prior to the event start time.

This group is intended for everyone who does the challenging work of caring for a loved one who is an older adult (whether a partner, spouse, parent, friend or other family). This initiative gives voice to the caregiver in a supportive, confidential and safe space, as well as looking at the importance of self-care, including mind-body exercises, community, discussion and expression for replenishment and empowerment.

This session will provide a greater understanding of the role of the resume and how an actor can best use it as one of their marketing tools.

Orientation is the first step to enrolling in the services of The Career Center. 

The Career Center addresses a central challenge for performing arts and entertainment professionals: navigating the episodic nature of work in the industry. For many, survival work—initiated to make ends meet—ends up draining the creative professional and becoming more of a problem than a solution. SYNOPSIS

Join the SAG-AFTRA Foundation for another Ask Us Anything with Pro Tools-certified EIF VO Lab Engineer Naava Feingold!   Ask about any roadblocks you might be having, whether PT is a good fit for you, any shortcuts you might be interested in knowing, and all things ProTools related!.  This will be a safe and encouraging space to ask questions and learn with your peers!

Please note: this is not an introductory or beginner level class.  This is intended for voiceover actors who are currently using PT or are looking to upgrade from their current DAW.

REQUIREMENTS

Proficiency, experience and active use of ProTools or a similar level DAW is expected.
