Join the SAG-AFTRA Foundation for a live Q&A with the casting team of CODA, Siân Heder's remarkable film about a seventeen-year-old who is the sole hearing member of a deaf family – a CODA, child of deaf adults. The panel features casting directors Deborah Aquila, Tricia Wood and Lisa Zagoria and will be moderated by Rochelle Rose, National Director of Performer's Programs for the SAG-AFTRA Foundation.

A Q&A will follow the panel, and member participation is encouraged.

This group is intended for everyone who does the challenging work of caring for a loved one who is an older adult (whether a partner, spouse, parent, friend or other family). This initiative gives voice to the caregiver in a supportive, confidential and safe space, as well as looking at the importance of self-care, including mind-body exercises, community, discussion and expression for replenishment and empowerment.

A single-session workshop focused on identifying financial goals and getting specific about the flow of money in our lives. Participants will learn simple strategies for tracking income and expenses in a way that makes sense for performing arts and entertainment industry professionals who don’t always earn and spend the same way each month, and get connected with resources and an action plan to take the next step.

This monthly offering provides a supportive, encouraging and uplifting community for Asian American and Pacific Islander entertainment professionals. Group themes will cover facilitator generated content and member led dialogue about current issues impacting AAPI entertainment professionals both within and outside of the entertainment industry.
