Monterey Bay-Area Members Connect

Local SAG-AFTRA members met up in beautiful Monterey, California, for an engaging and educational membership meeting on Saturday Sept. 21. 

The two-hour meeting was lively! Members shared their insights and offered many practical suggestions. Local President Kathryn Howell updated the members on what is happening within the local and answered questions. Lea Hausherr, one of our local TV/Theatrical business reps, ran through some of the local contracts and waivers developed to generate more opportunities for local businesses to hire our members. San Francisco-Northern California Local Executive Director Sean Taylor was so inspired by the response from our Monterey Bay-area SAG-AFTRA members that he has already put another Monterey membership meeting on the calendar. Same time, next year. Thank you, Monterey!
