Hi Guys,
It’s been a busy summer. I have been in Alexandria, Virginia, for about three weeks filming Wonder Woman 2. Great cast, great crew. We here at the Philadelphia Local are getting involved with the Philly Monologue Slam, a good opportunity for our members to get on stage and show their chops.
New Jersey Gov. Phil Murphy has signed the bill for film and TV production in New Jersey, so hopefully we all will be getting work. I’ll be on top of that to get you more information on projects shooting there. Some things are already shooting in Jersey; Made in Chinatown started filming in July.
A lot is happening with SAG-AFTRA, too much to discuss here. If you haven’t already, find out more by downloading our new app; it has a lot of information.
I attended a National Board meeting in July and reported on it at our September Local Board meeting.
