During the SAG-AFTRA New England Local’s interactive small group Cold Read Conservatory on March 27 in Boston, local members practiced cold reading with two-person scenes and monologues. Switching up scene partners and trying different takes, participants practiced their listening, reaction, reading and delivery skills in a mock audition format. The supportive environment allowed members to be comfortable and at ease, practicing their audition strategies and acting skills, while also having fun.
