New Mexico Local President Marc Comstock, along with fellow board and local members, left a seat at the table for ad agency Bartle Bogle Hegarty during a meeting on Dec. 7. The invitation is part of SAG-AFTRA’s continuing protest against the agency’s decision to illegally abandon its obligations under the Commercials Contracts. As a show of solidarity, members are encouraged to post photos on social media platforms with the #StrikeBBH hashtag.
By abandoning the contract, BBH takes opportunities away from working actors and threatens their ability to work on safe sets, earn livable wages and receive health benefits. Shame on BBH!
