New York Local Holds TV/Theatrical Contracts Member Informational Meeting

On Monday, Nov. 20, hundreds of SAG-AFTRA members attended and thousands more live-streamed a member informational meeting at the Great Hall in Cooper Union. New York Local President Ezra Knight, Executive Vice President Linda Powell, National Executive Director & Chief Negotiator Duncan Crabtree-Ireland, and Chief Contracts Officer Ray Rodriguez led the meeting, and Negotiating Committee members Avis Boone, Michael Gaston, Erin Fritch, Samantha Mathis, John Mulcahy and John Rothman were also there to answer questions.  SAG-AFTRA leadership presented the terms of the agreement with the members, before opening up the meeting to the audience for questions. At the conclusion of SAG-AFTRA’s 118-day historic strike, this meeting was an opportunity for members to learn more about the tentative agreement.
