The Nevada Local hosted an April 20 conservatory panel discussion titled Insider Insights on the Nevada Acting Landscape. The five-person panel included a SAG-AFTRA franchised agent, a casting director and three independent filmmakers and producers. Held at the Nevada State AFL-CIO building, attendees learned what to do and not do during an audition, how film tax incentives work and the current status of the film industry. With over 40 attendees, the two-hour workshop included members and non-members.
