This message is from the Arizona Film & Digital Media Coalition:

Dear Film Industry Activist:

Thank you for your help and involvement.

We are still waiting for the final rules for the new film incentive to be released by the Arizona Commerce Authority. We hope to see them very soon. We will let you know as soon as they come out.

The city of Phoenix will see a huge influx of film activity due to the new incentive and, as a community, we need to show our support of the Phoenix Film Office.

If you are a resident of the city of Phoenix, please customize the following letter. The titles and names of representatives are located below:

Dear Phoenix City Council member:

Thank you for the work you do in support of our city.

As a resident of Phoenix and a member of the film community, I am writing to you in support of the Phoenix Film Office. I hope you are aware that the State has created a new film incentive and it is very likely that Phoenix will see a huge increase in production work.

I am encouraging you to support the film industry and the job it will create by increasing the budget for the film office.

Please let me know if you have any questions or would like to talk to someone about how the new incentive will affect our city.

Sincerely,
(Your Name)
