All paid-up SAG members who work under the Television Animation Agreement are urged to attend this important meeting.
NO STRIKE AUTHORIZATION VOTE WILL BE TAKEN AT THE MEETING. Instead, the SAG National Executive Committee has voted to mail out ballots, if necessary, to those members who work under the contract.
Even though no strike authorization vote will be taken, votes on the pending contract proposals will be taken, and member participation is vital to the future of the Television Animation Contract.
The Screen Actors Guild Animation Negotiating Committee, with the authority delegated by SAG's National Board of Directors, will host caucus meetings in Los Angeles, Chicago and New York. Members of the TV animation community outside of these cities may participate by calling in to these meetings. A full report on the progress of the negotiations currently underway with the Alliance of Motion Picture & Television Producers will be given.
Members affiliated with the Hollywood, New York or Chicago branch, who work TV Animation contracts, must be physically present at one of the following meetings to participate. If members are affiliated with another branch and are in one of these cities, they should attend and participate in person.
All members should bring their membership cards.
