Audacity is a widely used FREE DAW for Macs and PCs that is very popular in voiceover. Knowing how to use more of its functions can advance your workflow and help you produce better audio recordings and ultimately help you produce better sounding auditions, voiceover demos, songs and other audio related projects. This is important to your knowledge base and the concepts learned in Audacity 101 can help you with other multi-track recording software. Also, completion of Audacity 101 qualifies you to take Audacity 102, where you will produce a commercial with voiceover, music and sound effects.
