The film Water and Power, written and directed by Richard Montoya, was based on his stage play of the same name and was produced under a SAGindie contract. The film explored a cautionary tale of two brothers in Los Angeles. The event was co-chaired by MOVE L.A. Committee member Ana Lilia.
