Please note, Madison Square Artists Management has closed their office in the New York Local on or about December 19, 2022 under the SAG-AFTRA Personal Manager Code of Ethics and Conduct.
The effect of the surrender is as follows:
All contracts in force between this manager and the members of SAG-AFTRA are ipso facto and without further notice terminated except that the manager may retain and collect any commissions earned under said contracts prior to the closure of the company.
Members may not be under any obligation to pay commissions to the manager on any monies earned by members after the termination of the manager contract, even though such monies are earned by members on employment contracts in existence at the date of termination of the manager contracts.
