Take Action to Save the Film and TV Industry in Massachusetts

The Massachusetts State Senate and House of Representatives were sworn in last week for the new 2021-22 legislative session.  The impending 2022 SUNSET to the state’s film and television incentive program remains in place and is putting your jobs and the small businesses that support the industry at great risk.
 
In the next several weeks, you will receive communication on the steps we need you to take as we make a very important push to eliminate the sunset. It will be a multi-step process.  We will be working with our supporters to have legislation filed and we will be asking you at that time to contact your state legislators to co-sponsor those bills. 
 
Today, we need you to start stressing the urgency for the legislature to act as soon as possible to eliminate that impending sunset.  
 
Send your legislator a message that this needs to happen as soon as possible to save our jobs and the entire industry.
