Updated Constitution and Bylaws

The Constitution was amended on July 28, 2007 by the SAG National Board of Directors to: 1) make provisions consistent with the recent dues referendum and 2) update the term “sexual preference” to “sexual orientation, or gender identity”.

The National Board approved amendments to Article IV., Section 7.C. and Article XIV., Section 3.f.
