Our Building: We are in the Fairmont Building, in Suite 950 across the street from Positano's restaurant. (Please note that the main building entrance is located off of Fairmont Avenue).
Parking: On site parking is available Monday-Friday in the parking garage beside the building. We do not validate parking. Metered parking is also available on Fairmont Avenue and surrounding streets. There are also municipal metered garages located on Cordell Avenue, Old Georgetown Road, Woodmont Avenue, and Del Ray Avenue, which are all within walking distance of our building. The municipal garages or street parking is suggested for those attending weekend seminars as the garage beside the building is closed.
From Baltimore: From I-95 South, take I-495 West, the right spur at the I-95/I-495 split. Go 9 miles to the Connecticut Ave. exit. After exiting, bear left, then turn left onto Connecticut Ave. South toward Chevy Chase. Go .9 miles to Jones Bridge Road. Turn right and go 1.1 miles on Jones Bridge Road. Turn left onto Rockville Pike/Route 355. Turn right onto Norfolk Avenue. Turn left onto Fairmont Avenue. Our building is the "Fairmont Building" located at the corner of Fairmont Avenue and Old Georgetown Road.
From Washington, D.C.: Take Wisconsin Avenue north. Turn slight left on Old Georgetown Road/Route 187. Go .2 miles and our building, "Fairmont Building," is located at the corner of Old Georgetown Road and Fairmont Avenue.
From Northern Virginia: Take I-495 toward Rockville/Bethesda. Cross the Potomac River via the American Legion Bridge. Exit at River Road and turn right (east). Go about 2 miles, then turn left on Goldsboro, right onto Bradley Blvd., and left on Wisconsin Ave. Then follow the directions above from Washington via northbound Wisconsin Ave. OR Continue on I-495 and exit at Wisconsin Ave/Route 355 South. You will pass Bethesda Naval Hospital on the left, and NIH on the right. Continue south on Wisconsin Ave. Turn right onto Norfolk Avenue. Turn left onto Fairmont Avenue. Our building is the "Fairmont Building" located at the corner of Fairmont Avenue and Old Georgetown Road.
By Metro: Take the Red Line to Bethesda. At the top of the escalator, take the next escalotor immediately in front of you up to Old Georgetown Road. Cross over Old Georgetown Road at cross-walk where the SunTrust bank is located. Turn left and proceed north on Old Georgetown Road. The Fairmont Building is located .2 miles up on Old Georgetown Road at the corner of Fairmont Avenue.
