An actor’s life is filled with ups and downs. Due to the nature of work, we can sometimes feel worried, imbalanced, nervous, and more.
In this express workshop, host and actress Vanessa Meadows will share some of her most innovative and cognitive-based strategies for actors so that they can to begin to successfully take control of stress and anxiety in their careers, audition room and personal lives.
An actor, instructor, & speaker, Meadows has been acting and performing for over 25 years. Throughout her career she has been involved in over 50 productions on both the stage and screen, and has taught musical theater (Syracuse Children's Theater), been a casting assistant on an award-winning film (TRI), produced and much more. In addition to acting, she currently hosts workshops for actors and her upcoming self-produced documentary is in post-production.
