The second selection for SAG-AFTRA/IFP’s At the Table series will be Later Days by Brad Riddell and Sandy Sternshein.

The plot revolves around Pam, a hard-driving transactional attorney desperately trying to close the biggest deal of her career by midnight on her 40th birthday. Problem is, her husband Mike has invited all of their old high school friends — along with their old grudges, baggage and crushes — to the local American Legion Hall for a surprise ’80s prom party. Later Days is about the reckoning between who we are now, who we once were and what we aspired to be back when everything seemed possible. By the end of the night, Mike and Pam break out of their marital funk and grow to appreciate all that they’ve sacrificed for each other, while the whole gang sees the past and the future more clearly, despite their bleary, bloodshot eyes.
