ProACT Conservatory presents a workshop with acting coach Cathryn Hartt of Hartt & Soul Studio. Young performers will discover new tools for successful auditions and navigating the business. Parents will learn about contracts and protections for minors on set. Seating is limited and registration is required.

In preparation for the upcoming Commercials Contracts Wages & Working Conditions process, SAG-AFTRA is pleased to announce an opportunity to receive a presentation on “Making Sense of the U.S. Advertising Industry…and what it means for the SAG-AFTRA Commercials Contracts” on Thursday, July, 12 2018.
 
This presentation is intended to help the membership understand the current state of the industry under which SAG-AFTRA will be negotiating the 2019 Commercials Contract and the 2019 Audio Commercials Contract.
 
The Wages and Working Conditions process (W&Ws) for the Commercials Contracts will begin in soon. In order for you to be as informed as possible when participating in this important process, please join us to learn how the industry is changing and the impact those changes are having on the membership.

Attendees introduce themselves to the group, exchange skills and get recommendations and referrals. The goal of Austin Entertainment Business is to get people hired and paid while forming dream teams.
