In an industry riddled with sexism and ageism, one family of females has, and continues to, surpass all of the hurdles – garnering quite a toehold and justified respect in Hollywood. We'd all do well to learn from them.

This conversation features director/producer Mimi Leder (The Morning Show, On The Basis of Sex); casting director Geraldine Leder (SVP Casting, Paramount Television Studios); writer and producer Stefanie Leder (Boo, Bitch, Faking It); and actor and filmmaker Hannah Leder (The Planters, The Morning Show). Actor, writer, producer, director, award-winner and SAG-AFTRA National Women’s Committee Co-Chair Shari Belafonte (The Morning Show, Sistas) will be searching for the answers as she invites you to Follow the Leders.
