In the foreground, a man impersonating Elvis Presley is singing with his left arm extended. He wears a black jacket, a leopard-print scarf and pink lei, gold-framed sunglasses, sideburns and a Santa Claus hat. Behind him in two rows are a group of singers. Many wear holiday festive clothing: red or green and Santa Claus hats.

Nashville did it again!

The SAG-AFTRA Nashville Local organized a fantastic annual Christmas caroling event that spread joy through the Music City community. On Dec. 10, more than 60 SAG-AFTRA members came together and lent their voices to Yuletide cheer. Led by musical directors Kyla Jade, local board member, and Bob Bailey, local vice president, singers and recording artists, the carolers performed a medley of Christmas tunes at the Sapphire Retirement Home and Tennessee School for the Blind. Members were treated to lunch at McNamara's Irish Pub afterward.

This annual event serves as a great opportunity to allow fellowship between local talent and  members of the community, and memories were made that will last a lifetime.

From the Nashville Local, we want to thank each member who joined us, and we are looking forward to seeing everyone next year.

P.S. Thank you to Elvis, Santa and the Grinch for showing up!
