SAG-AFTRA Philadelphia Local Celebrates Tri-State Labor Day

On Sept. 5, 2022, members of the Philadelphia Local marched in the 35th Annual Tri-State Labor Day Parade hosted by the Philadelphia Council AFL-CIO and the Tri-State Labor Day Committee. The holiday marked the first time since 2019 that Philadelphia's labor movement could join together to celebrate the American worker. Beginning with a kick-off rally at the Sheet Metal Workers' Local 19 Union Hall, the parade culminated with a celebration at Penn Landing Great Plaza that included food and drink, activities and live music.
