At The Table Script Reading Series a Smash Hit

Plain Jane, by Keely Wise, was the latest contribution to the At the Table Script Reading Series, presented by SAG-AFTRA and IFP/Chicago. The script was read before an audience of industry professionals at the Kaufherr Resource Center on June 25. The table reading, which featured Chicago Local members under the direction of Jacquelyn Jamjoom, provided the filmmakers with feedback. 

“[It’s] a very cool project,” said Suzanne Petri, one of the SAG-AFTRA performers who participated in the table reading. “Great script and wonderful people to work with! I look forward to working with the SAG-AFTRA folks again, old and new friends, and also attending future readings. Gratitude and talent abound!”

Plain Jane was the fourth script reading for the 2018 At the Table series.
